RIHS Gives More Time To Coloured Horse Classes

Entries in the British Skewbald and Piebald Association coloured Horse classes at last year's Royal International Horse Show were so high that an extra class is being added to the 2003 schedule.

Horses and ponies will now be divided into a lightweight and middleweight section with a second class to cater for the traditional and heavyweight types.

"When demand and standards are so blatantly high we are delighted to give them more time on the schedule," said Hickstead show secretary Lizzie Bunn.

The Royal International Horse Show will be held on July 23-27.
