John Smales, ILPH Chief Executive, "I am delighted that
the trustees have selected Tony Tyler for this new position.
The competition was very strong, but it was unanimously felt
that Tony had the all round experience that the post required.

to do the job."
Tony
adds, "I am obviously thrilled to be taking on this new
challenging position and hope to be able to make a positive
contribution to equine welfare in the UK."
Tony
will be taking up his new post progressively over the next
few months to ensure the smooth opening of the new Hall Farm
development, in which he has been closely involved.
Tony
is married to Judith and has two children. In his spare time
he enjoys running and this year he will be competing in the
London Marathon for the third time.
