Approved Rule Changes Available On www.equestrian.org

The rule changes approved by the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting, January 16 and 19, 2003 in Lexington, KY, are available on the USA Equestrian web site in the following two locations:

· www.equestrian.org/rulechange/index.asp (as a supplement and as a document):

1.) A supplement of approved rule changes effective prior to December 1, 2003. These also include rule changes approved November 11 and December 3, 2002.

2.) A document containing approved rule changes effective December 1, 2003. The supplement will be a printed document, ready for Rule Book binder insertion, and will be mailed to the Board of Directors, Competition Contacts, Licensed Officials, Committee Members and Affiliated Associations. It is available upon request by contacting Marie Murphy at mmurphy@equestrian.org or (859) 225-6922.

· www.equestrian.org/rulechange/prc.asp - Summary of Proposed Rule Changes with individual reports accessible and downloadable, and includes all comments, amendments and final Board actions.
