Unicorn Trails

We have new set date for April for a Game Reserve safari on horseback with the option of an endurance ride.
The date is as follows : Thursday 11 th April 2002 to the Thursday 18 th April .

There as an option to do an endurance ride in the Karroo at De Aar on the 20th April 2002.

This endurance ride is on a flat fast track. and is a very competitive ride, with riders from all over the country.( the winning time at this ride for a 50 miler is just under 3 hours)
At this endurance ride venue we stay in Army barracks (which is a novelty itself). The ride is very well organised and they also have a great prize giving dinner on the Saturday night.

The riding in the Game Reserve is wonderful with plenty of opportunities for canters and gallops. It is also suited for more novice riders.
On your hosts last trip to Inkwenkwezi game Reserve , he had a marvellous time riding amongst the game, riding so close to the eland, giraffe and zebra that he could reach out and touch them, 'awesome' was the description.

Guests have the option to stay in standard or luxury accommodation.
The standard accommodation is preferred as the views from the deck of the safari style tents are far better than that of the luxury accommodation.

Available at £95 per person per night including full board, all riding and race entry fees. Excludes flights to and from East London, South Africa.
