New - East Meets West at Southmowing Stables!!

Who needs a horse with better manners? Who doesn’t? Join Bob Jeffreys, founder of the Partnership Training for Horse and Rider System for The Complete Ground Manners Clinic on Sat/Sun July 12 -13, 9am – 5pm. In this cross-disciplinary event clinic participants will learn Bob’s unique “Vowel Method of Applied Pressure,” an incredibly effective approach to sacking out, desensitizing, yielding to pressure, come-to-you, backing, circling, lunging, and passing over, around and under objects. Together with his Clinic Partner, Suzanne Sheppard, he will even throw in an advanced leading lesson! Gain your horse’s trust, improve work under saddle, into the trailer and more!

Then sit back and enjoy The Saturday Night Round Pen Show! On July 12 from 7pm- 9pm, come to an exciting, educational family–friendly show in which Bob will round pen a horse he’s never worked with before, establish people as head of the pecking order, gain the horse’s trust, and lay the foundation for an amazing degree of inter-species communication. Food, prizes, fun!
