Brightling Park Splashes out for 2003

A completely new Intro Course has been built for Brightling Park and many new fences for the Novice and Intermediate tracks will make it exciting for the regulars to this longstanding event. Both the water complexes, always popular with the spectators, have been cleaned and renovated to ensure safe thrills and spills this year.

The Horse Trials attracts over 400 competitors including many international and Olympic riders. Pippa Funnell, a regular competitor at Brightling, will be back again this year, as she comments "…it's a good local event for me with a friendly atmosphere so I'm very much looking forward to it".

The stunning countryside location, with beautiful parkland and the famous temple, provides a dramatic backdrop to the event. The good selection of trade stands will add to make this a great day out for competitors and visitors alike.

Brightling Park Horse Trials, near Robertsbridge in East Sussex, will be held on Saturday 12th and Sunday 14th July 2003. The gates open at 9am each day. Entrance is £10 per car.
