BETA will be out in force at this year's Your Horse Live with an even bigger presence.

As well as sponsoring the Best Stand Awards, the association is also playing a major part in a new initiative at the two day event, Gear Guide Live.

This new concept will include talks, discussions and advice on a number of aspects including hat and body protector fitting, rug fitting, what not to wear, and saddle fitting advice in a question and answer style format.

BETA is assisting the Your Horse Live team by providing a wealth of information, knowledge and speakers for the demonstrations which will take place in a new marquee linking the two halls at the event.

BETA Executive Director and Secretary Claire Williams said: "We are very much looking forward to the Gear Guide Live sessions.

"They look set to be very informative and thanks to our contacts at BETA, we will be helping the Your Horse Live team to secure the very best speakers for the sessions.

"We are aiming for the demonstrations to be lively, fun, informative and practical so that visitors to the event can leave with a clear understanding of what they need to watch out for when have a hat or body protector fitted."
