EquiVouchers, the new national gift voucher scheme for the equestrian retail trade, is sponsoring the working hunter championships at this year's Royal Show, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.

As qualifiers for the Horse of the Year Show, which will host the much anticipated consumer launch of these new equestrian gift vouchers, these are some of the most hotly contested competitions at the Royal.

"We are delighted to be able to sponsor such a prestigious qualifying competition," says EquiVouchers' founding director and keen horseman Charlie Lousada. "Although our main interest is eventing, we are looking forward to watching the competition and presenting the winner with a sash and specially commissioned EquiVouchers rug."

The Working Hunter classes are divided into three sections; with the winners and reserve champions of each battling it out for top honours in the main arena at Stoneleigh Park. The competition is on Sunday July 4 2004.
