Olympic contenders named for RIHS Nations Cup squad
Britain's
two individual showjumpers named for the Olympic Games will be competing
on the British team in the Samsung Super League Nations Cup at the
Longines Royal International Horse Show.
Nick
Skelton and Robert Smith will be part of the five-man squad bidding
to retain the title won last year. The remaining members will be
Mark Armstrong, Richard Davenport and Robert Whitaker.
The
squad, led by chef d'equipe Derek Ricketts, will be facing teams
from Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy and the USA,
the Americans returning to Hickstead after a three-year gap.
