New Event Launch Causes Unprecedented Demand For Space

During the past few weeks, UK organisers Gateway Events have released details on the launch of Equestriantype - an exhibition focusing on Equestrian Transport, Yard and Paddock Equipment.

Equestriantype, which incorporates a specialist exhibition and equine master classes from world-renowned experts, will take place between the 2nd and 4th April 2004 at the National Agricultural Centre, Stoneleigh, Warwickshire. Jonathan Robinson of Gateway Events, who has been organising exhibitions and other events across a wide range of industries for ten years, and who is one of the UK's most experienced event promoters, commented, 'We are really excited about Equestriantype. In all the years I have worked within the events industry I have never experienced such a strong demand for exhibition space. Several exhibitors have commented that they have been waiting for an event like this for years. There are plenty of events that are no more than glorified shopping opportunities, selling tack and clothing, Equestriantype is an event where people can find out about the essentials of keeping horses safely in the paddock, yard and during transit.'

Equestriantype will be taking over two halls at the National Agricultural Centre for the event. Hall 1 will contain a huge variety of exhibitors displaying products and services that are absolutely essential to the horse owner, whether they are professionals or leisure riders. An arena will be installed in Hall 2, with tiered seating to accommodate the visitors who will be able to view demonstrations, lessons and advisory talks that will be led by industry experts.

Equestriantype will open for three days, the first day being designated as a 'trade only' day where proprietors of riding schools, instructors, trainers, agricultural equipment vendors, saddlers, race course operators and anyone who works with, or around horses on a professional basis will be eligible for entry. Days two and three will be open to the public and anyone who was unable to visit on day one.

Completing the team at Gateway Events is managing director, Jane Robinson who has thirty years riding experience and is BHSAI Reg. Jane commented, 'I know first hand from my work at various teaching institutions and running our own competition yard, the exact requirements of caring for horses in the yard, paddock and whilst being transported. Equestriantype is the event where anyone with an interest in horses can come along and meet the suppliers who can provide them with all of the essential requirements.'

Exhibitors and visitors alike can take comfort in the knowledge that Equestriantype is an event being staged by a company with a strong understanding of the marketplace and has the experience of putting on high quality, informative events.
