Derby House Support Scottish JRN Squad

Derby House is supporting the Scottish Junior Regional Novice Squad at Weston Park on October 8 -11.

The leading mail order company is backing the eight-strong Scottish JRN team by providing rugs for each of the horses.

The selected squad consists of Charlotte Agnew, Victoria Butler, Andrew Dun, Suzanne Fairie, Emily Galbraith, Laura Grieve, Kirsty McDonald and Sammy Oakden and has benefited from training by Sport Scotland through S.E.A.

The eight-strong team will compete as Scotland with the four highest scores added together to provide the final team effort.

"For most of the team, Weston Park will be their first ever three day event," said Caro Haddow, Scottish JRN co-ordinator.

"Every bit of support is appreciated and we are delighted with the rugs from Derby House and their generous assistance."

Paula Burrows of Derby House said: "We wish the JRN squad all the best in the coming event and hope that the rugs will be worn with pride."

JRN competitions are open to B.E junior members from the year of their 14th birthday to the year of their 18th birthday and are run at B.E events over the novice course.
