Jeffries at British Equine Event

The Elite range of saddlery from Jeffries has stirred up a great deal of excitement this year. And it will be on show at the Your Horse British Equine Event at Stoneleigh Park on 1-2 November.

This is the third year that the Walsall-based company has exhibited at the event which is expected to attract more than 300 stands offering all things equestrian to the 2004 retail village.

"One of the most popular items in the range is the new girth," says Duncan Kent from Jeffries.

"Made from top quality leather it looks stunning and is soft enough to allow freedom of movement while retaining durability."

The girth features a recessed D-ring to accommodate draw reins, martingales and breastplates and comes with best quality stainless steel roller buckles.

It is available in Black, Australian Nut and Tan to match the recently launched Elite Close Contact Jumping Saddle from Jeffries.

The new Black Elite Bridle is also making its mark with its raised padded nose and browband and stainless steel fittings.

The Elite bridle collection comprises three styles each with its own characteristic noseband including the Mexican grackle, show or flash versions. All come with rubber grip reins and a bridle bag.

Turning heads is the Elite headcollar which is padded for extra comfort and has a high raised noseband. Made from the finest leather it is available in cob and full sizes.

Adds Duncan Kent: "We are looking forward to seeing as many visitors as possible and talking to them about the Elite Collection and other new developments we have in the pipeline."

The 2002 event was attended by more than 15,000 riders and horse owners.
