Mr. Ned O’Flynn re-elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Irish Horse Board

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Irish Horse Board on the 19th of November 2003, Mr. Ned O’Flynn, M.R.C.V.S., was reelected as Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Michael Duignan was elected Vice-Chairman. The outgoing Vice-Chairman, Mr. Ralph Conroy, did not stand for re-election due to ongoing work commitments.
